What the Home dashboard shows you

Updated June 22, 2026

The Home dashboard is your day at a glance. The top shows your most recent glucose value, its trend arrow, and how long ago it came in.

What each part means

  • The big number and arrow. Your latest reading and which way it is heading.
  • The graph. Your recent readings plotted against your target range, so you can see where you have been and where you are now.
  • The cards below. Summaries like time in range, average glucose, and your food log, each opening to more detail when you tap it.

Looking at earlier days

You can move back through previous days to compare today with how a past day went. This is how patterns start to become visible, because one day rarely tells the whole story.

If your latest value is old, Glynce shows "--" rather than a stale number. A missing value is safer than one that looks current but is not.
