What is Glynce?
Glynce is a personal glucose and nutrition dashboard for adults living with type 1 diabetes.
Setting up Glynce for the first time
Create your account, connect a data source, and set your target range. One time, then it runs on its own.
What the Home dashboard shows you
A live glucose number and trend, your recent graph, and cards for time in range, food, and your day.
Reading your glucose graph
The shaded band is your target range. Points inside it are in range; the line shows the shape of your day.
Do I need a CGM to use Glynce?
A CGM gives Glynce a continuous stream to build trends from, but you can also enter readings by hand.
