How to get help

If you are stuck or something looks wrong, we are glad to help. The fastest way is email.

Reach us

  • Email support@glynce.app and we will get back to you.
  • Or send a message from inside the app, under Settings.

When it helps, include what you were doing, which CGM you use, and a screenshot. That lets us understand your situation faster.

For anything about billing, a subscription, or a refund, Apple handles that through your Apple ID. See Start, manage, or cancel your subscription.
