Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside Glynce. This puts you in control, and it cannot be undone.

Steps

  1. Open Glynce, go to your profile, then Settings.
  2. Choose to delete your account and confirm.

Deletion removes your data from our servers. Glucose and food data that lived only on your device are removed with the app's data as well.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you want to keep your glucose history, make sure it is stored in Apple Health before you delete.
