Setting up watch complications

Updated June 23, 2026

A complication puts your glucose on your watch face itself, so your number is there the moment you raise your wrist.

Steps

  1. Touch and hold your watch face, then tap Edit.
  2. Swipe to the complications screen and tap a slot.
  3. Choose Glynce and press the crown to save.

Different faces have different slots, so pick a face with room for the complication size you want.

Like every Glynce surface, a complication drops to "--" when the value is too old to trust, rather than showing a number that is no longer current.
