What is Glynce?

Updated June 20, 2026

Glynce is a personal glucose and nutrition dashboard built for adults living with type 1 diabetes. It brings your continuous glucose monitor (CGM) readings, your food log, and your trends together in one calm place on iPhone and Apple Watch.

The idea is simple. Your numbers already exist across a few different apps and sensors. Glynce gathers them so you can see your day at a glance, spot patterns over time, and understand what your glucose is doing without opening five different screens.

What Glynce does

  • Shows your live glucose, your trend, and your recent graph on the Home dashboard.
  • Keeps your numbers on your wrist and in widgets, so a glance is enough.
  • Lets you log meals and see how food lines up with your glucose response.
  • Builds trends like time in range, average glucose, and estimated A1c from your own data.

What Glynce is not

Glynce is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It displays and organizes data that already exists in the systems you connect. It does not replace your CGM's official app or your care team.

Glynce is an insight and tracking tool. Treatment decisions follow your own plan and the source your diabetes care team relies on, never Glynce alone.
