Setting up Glynce for the first time

Updated June 20, 2026

Setting up Glynce takes a few minutes. You create an account, connect a glucose source, and tell Glynce your target range. After that it runs on its own.

The steps

  1. Open Glynce and sign in, or create an account.
  2. Answer a few questions in onboarding so Glynce can tailor its defaults to you.
  3. Connect your glucose source. See Connect your CGM to Glynce.
  4. Set your target range so labels and colors match what you and your care team agreed on.

Once a source is connected, give the app a little time to pull in your existing readings. Your dashboard fills in as data arrives.

Your target range drives every "in range", "high", and "low" label. Setting it to your own agreed range is the single most useful step, because it makes everything else meaningful for you.
