If something is broken, a short report helps us fix it quickly.
What to include
- What you did and what you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- Which CGM or data source you use.
- A screenshot if you have one.
How to send it
Report it from inside the app under Settings, or email support@glynce.app.
If a glucose value looks wrong, please check your CGM's official app too. That tells us whether the issue is in Glynce or upstream in the data.
