Connecting Nightscout

Updated June 25, 2026

If you run Nightscout, Glynce can read your glucose from your own site. You give Glynce your Nightscout address and it pulls your readings from there.

Steps

  1. Have your Nightscout site URL ready.
  2. Open Glynce, go to your profile, then Data Sources.
  3. Choose Nightscout and enter your site address.
  4. Confirm, then wait a moment while readings sync.

Because Nightscout is your own server, your readings depend on your uploader running and your site being reachable.

Nightscout is community software you host yourself. Glynce reads from it, but the quality and timing of the data depend on your own setup.
