Setting your target range

Updated June 16, 2026

Your target range is the foundation for almost everything Glynce shows. Labels, colors, the shaded band on the graph, and time in range all come from it.

Steps

  1. Open Glynce, go to your profile, then Settings.
  2. Find your target range and set the low and high bounds.
  3. Save. The graph band, colors, and time in range update to match.

Choosing your bounds

A widely used range is 3.9 to 10.0 mmol/L (70 to 180 mg/dL), but the right range is the one you agreed with your care team. Someone may use a tighter or wider range depending on their situation, so there is no single correct answer.

Set your range to your own agreed target. That is what makes every label and trend in Glynce meaningful for you rather than for an average.
