Connect your CGM to Glynce
Updated June 25, 2026
Glynce connects to your CGM so your readings appear automatically. You set it up once and it keeps running. Open Glynce, go to your profile, then Data Sources, and pick your sensor from the list.
Sensors you can connect
- Dexcom, through your Dexcom account. Set up Dexcom.
- FreeStyle Libre, through LibreLinkUp. Set up Libre.
- Abbott Lingo, through Apple Health. Set up Lingo.
- Eversense, through your Eversense account. Set up Eversense.
- Medtronic, through your CareLink account. Set up Medtronic.
- Medtrum, through your Medtrum EasyView account. Set up Medtrum.
- Nightscout, through your own site. Set up Nightscout.
- Apple Health, for any sensor that writes glucose into Health. Connect Apple Health.
No CGM connected? You can also add readings by hand.
How the connection works
Most sensors connect by following your readings through the maker's cloud service. You sign in once with that service and Glynce reads your values from it. Because the readings travel through the cloud, they can appear a few minutes later in Glynce than in your own sensor app.
After connecting, give the app a moment to sync your existing readings.
Sensor not in the list?
If your sensor writes glucose into Apple Health, Glynce can usually read it from there even when it is not listed by name. And if you tap "Missing your CGM? Let us know" in the connect screen, you can tell us which sensor to add next.
Cloud following is informational, and readings can be delayed. Keep the alarms in your CGM's official app on for alerts while your phone is locked or Glynce is closed.
