Logging a meal in Glynce
Updated June 24, 2026
Logging a meal lets you see what you ate next to how your glucose responded. Over time this is how food patterns become visible.
Steps
- Open Glynce and tap to add a meal or food.
- Search for the food, or pick one you have saved.
- Set the serving size, then save.
Your meal appears on your timeline, so you can line it up with your glucose graph and see the response that followed.
Serving size matters, because macros scale with the amount you actually ate. See How Glynce reads food macros.
